Townshipper raises concerns about changes to bilingual municipalities

Colin Standish is an Eastern Townshipper, born and raised, who calls Quebec City home while he studies law at Laval University. He has many concerns about the changes laid out in Bill 14 and what they'll mean for communities in the Townships and for English-speakers across the province.
