Risks of pipeline changes

Equiterre is hosting a series of public meetings to talk about changes planned for the section of the Enbridge pipeline that runs from Ontario to East End Montreal. Enbridge has filed a request to the National Energy Board to reverse the flow of the pipeline so it can bring Alberta Oil Sands oil east to Montreal and beyond.
