Merchants upset with borough policies

Merchants on the Main says they haven't been able to get their businesses back on track after all the roadwork done a few years ago. They also say a number of city and borough policies are making it even harder. Glenn Castanheira speaks for the Saint-Laurent Boulevard merchant's association.
