This morning's testimony was covered by a publication ban. But not this afternoon's witness. The testimony is fairly revealing-- with talk of cash "extras" on public contracts financing political parties. CBC reporter Salimah Shivji is following the inquiry. She talks to Homerun's Sue Smith.
