Restaurant owners are reporting an unusual trend. While shoplifting from supermarkets is nothing new, the owners say people are knocking on the back door of their establishments trying to re-sell food that looks like it came straight from the supermarket. Turcotte was found to be not criminally responsible for killing his two young children in 2009. Mike speaks to Turcotte's ex-wife, Isabelle Gaston. And, is Quebec the most corrupt province in Canada? But reporter Dan Halton has a story about kickbacks and corruption that takes place far outside Quebec's borders.
