The minority Parti Quebecois' proposed changes to bill 101 still have to pass before the National Assembly. The bill's future is in the hands of the Liberals and the Coalition Avenir Québec. We speak to representatives from both parties. Montreal comedian Sugar Sammy was Daybreak's feature guest this morning. He spoke to host Mike Finnerty about performing in four languages, traditional family values and how long it takes to do his hair. Darwin is the monkey who made international headlines after being found walking around a Toronto IKEA parking lot on the weekend. Darwin is originally from Montreal but he was transferred to a primate sanctuary yesterday. We get an update on his condition.
