Potential impact of changes to Bill 101 on military family exemptions

The PQ government wants to cut back on the number of military members who send their kids to English school. Stephen Burke, chairman of the Central Quebec School Board, tells us how the proposal to eliminate temporary Bill 101 exemptions for military members could affect parents and kids at Valcartier and Bagotville, among others.
