Bill 14: PQ moves to tighten language laws

The Parti Québecois government tabled close to 35 pages of amendments to the Charter of the French Language, affecting education, small businesses, municipalities, and many others. PQ cabinet minister Jean-François Lisée explains why he believes the measures are necessary.
