Changes to Bill 101 have been tabled in the National Assembly. Bill 14 adds new restrictions on the use of English in the workplace and it will affect education at all levels. Mike Finnerty spoke to Jean-Francois Lisée. He is the minister responsible for Montreal, the Francophonie and International Relations and the MNA for Rosemont. We also get reaction from small business owners, a CEGEP student and the director of Dawson College. And Montreal constitutional lawyer Julius Grey talks about concerns surrounding the changes to the Quebec charter.
