Changes to Bill 101

The legislation adds new restrictions on the use of English in the workplace and will affect education at all levels. Daybreak's Mike Finnerty spoke to Jean-Francois Lisée, the minister responsible for Montreal, the Francophonie and International Relations and the MNA for Rosemont.
