Panel on bullying
All primary and secondary schools in Québec must submit their anti-bullying plans to their boards by the end of this month. That's part of the Québec government's new anti-bullying law passed this spring. With me are a group of people directly involved with bullying. Nathalie Morin is with the Québec ministry of education. Jacques Monfette is a principal for the alternative high school network at the English Montreal School Board. Stéphanie Deslauriers is a psychoeducator. And Debra Fogel is head of the parent's committee at James Lyng Elementary School in St-Henri.
