Businesspeople concerned about Labelle bypass on 117

Transport Quebec has built a nearly seven kilometer bypass of the town of Labelle in the Laurentians. People living there say it's a welcome break from traffic, but business owners are concerned they'll lose too many clients. Marika Wheeler brings us the report.
