We take a closer look at plans to bring crude oil from Alberta to Quebec through an existing pipeline that connects Montreal to Sarnia in Ontario. The future of Montreal's cultural industries is an important part of the city's economy. There was a rare gathering of politicians, artists and people from the business community to draw a blueprint for what they call a cultural metropolis. Jeanette Kelly was there. And we hear from a Montrealer who has been given a new lease on life. Jay Sokoloff received a new set of lungs in the summer.
