We hear from long time Montrealer Peter Blaikie who's also the co-founder of the law firm Heenan-Blaikie. The Minister responsible for Montreal, Jean-Francois Lisée, talks about the province deciding to appoint an auditor to oversee the city of Laval. We also have a panel discussion on corruption and host Mike Finnerty also talks to municipal politicians about dealing with corruption at the city level.
