Peter Blaikie on corruption in Montreal

Peter Blaikie is a long-time Montrealer. He's also the co-founder of the Montreal law firm Heenan-Blaikie. He's also the former president of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada. He gives us his take on this moment in Montreal's history where allegations of corruption have already forced the mayors of Laval and Montreal to resign.
