Léon Mugesera's future in Canada
It's been more than 16 years since the end of what we now know simply as the Rwanda genocide. One of the men accused in that genocide, Léon Mugesera, is still in Quebec City. But perhaps not for long. Fannie Lafontaine teaches law at Université Laval and is a specialist in international human rights law. She joined Ainslie MacLellan to explain the latest developments in this long saga.
