Coming out reduces stress
Researchers have found that lesbians, gays and bisexuals who come out of the closet have lower stress hormone levels. Robert-Paul Juster is the lead author of the study, which was published today in the Psychosomatic Medicine journal. Jenny Donovan is a Montrealer who came out three years ago.
