The Norway Maple may look like our beloved sugar maples, but biologist Anne-Marie Roussy says they are an invasive species... that Quebecers keep on planting! She's concerned that the Norway Maple will crowd out sugar maples, eventually threatening maple syrup production. Anne-Marie Roussy spoke with Jacquie about research into what makes these trees a "wolf in sheep's clothing," despite their seeming benefits.
