Chance Quebec City encounter foreshadows royal pregnancy

When a newlywed William and Kate came to Quebec City on Sunday, July 3, 2011, the question of children came up when a young father, along with his two-year-old daughter, met the royals. Quebec City resident David Cheater asked the Duchess of Cambridge about plans for a family of her own. That question, and her response, garnered international attention. With news that the couple is now expecting, Jacquie caught up with David Cheater to talk about his royal encounter.
