New Rules for Medical Marijuana

New rules about medical marijuana are being floated in Ottawa but doctors aren't happy. They fear they'll be bombarded with patients looking for prescriptions, whether they need it or not. We heard from Dr Gary Ing, chief of staff at the Windsor Regional Hospital.
