Flooded driveway, winter temperatures... bad news

A Sudbury man went away for the weekend and came back to a flooded driveway. He wants the city to clean up the mess but that won't happen. What you need to know when your driveway gets flooded in the winter. Ronnie Varghese tells the CBC's Amy Dodge his story.
