Still no signed deal with Cliffs for Capreol Smelter

It was a year ago that Capreol was announced as the site for a chromite smelter for Cliffs Naturals Resources to process ore from the Ring of Fire mineral deposit. The CBC's Erik White looks at why after all this time, there still isn't a signed deal.
