West-East oil pipeline to run through Northern Ontario

Alberta oil could one day run through a pipeline that crosses parts of Northern Ontario. It would run through a converted natural gas pipeline. We spoke to a spokesperson for the company that is implementing plans for a West-East oil pipeline.
