Analysis of Sudbury's decision to replace Ombudsman as investigator

Greater Sudbury city council has decided to part ways with the Ontario Ombudsman as its closed door meeting investigator. The decision will be made official at the next council meeting. We spoke about that decision with a political scientist who specializes in municipal politics.
