City zoning for methadone clinics

The Human Rights Commission of Ontario is taking interest in the way Little Current is zoning methadone clinics. The community recently shut down a methadone clinic for what it considered safety reason. Future clinics will need to meet new zoning restrictions. The CBC's Steve Howard has been looking into the story.
