The cost of policing for small towns

We've been talking about the high cost of policing. 50 cent of every tax dollar in the community of Cochrane goes to the OPP. The town council threatened to stop paying their policing bill if the OPP didn't cut back their costs. We check in with Cochrane's mayor Peter Politis.
