Putting a face on Sudbury's Alternate Level of Care problem

It's an ongoing problem trying to keep ALC or Alternate Level of Care patients in Sudbury out of hospital beds. Who are these patients? We spoke to Richard Joly, the CEO of the Community Care Access Centre in Sudbury to see if he could help us put a face on the ALC crisis.
