Did you make a new year's resolution to eat better? Maybe you've decided to go gluten free or be a vegan in 2013. For those of us who love our food, a diet decision like this could sound like too big a sacrifice. Can this kind of healthy food taste as good? Our food columnist Sarah Elton investigated and found that at Tori's Bakeshop in the Beach, gluten free and vegan baked goods can be just as tasty as the conventional stuff.
