The City's AG on how OC Transpo scheduling is worse than before the strike

Driver scheduling was at the heart of the OC Transpo bus strike in 2008. Four years and an arbitrated settlement later, it's less efficient and more expensive. That's according to the city's auditor general, who joined us with details.
