Leadership program ends

"We came out during the time of social change in the south - civil rights movement, the American Indian Movement, Black Panther movement. Music was just starting to explode. Change was happening and swirling all around us." Former NWT Premier Stephen Kakfwi talks about leadership - then and now - and how programs such as Western Arctic Leadership and Grandin College shaped young, aboriginal leaders. The Western Arctic Leadership Program in Fort Smith will end in late June.
