Crees join forces with anti-uranium network

Cree leaders have joined representatives from municipalities and citizens groups to ask the Quebec government to place a moratorium on the development of uranium mines. A recent poll by Léger marketing shows 62 per cent of Quebecers want the government to put an end to uranium exploration. Shawn Iserhoff is Mistissini Youth Chief and he represented his community at a news conference on March 11 in Quebec City. He spoke with Joshua Loon about where his community stands on the issue.
