Crees promote Plan Nord in London

Grand Chief Matthew Coon Come and Cree-Quebec negotiator Abel Bosum travelled with Premier Jean Charest to London last week to promote the Plan Nord. The CBC's Vincent Georgekish spoke with Abel Bosum about what he wants people to know about doing business in Cree territory, and whether promoting the Plan Nord means taking sides in the current election campaign. He also asked for Abel Bosum's reaction to the news that French language advocates are complaining that the new Regional Governance Agreement for Eeyou Istchee may go against Bill 101 because it allows people to communicate not only in French but also in English with the new government.
