It didn't come as any surprise to those who follow politics when Premier Jean Charest announced a new election. Quebeckers will go to the polls on September 4th to choose their provincial government. In Cree territory, it looks like it will be a race between the Liberal's new candidate Gerald Lemoyne and the long-standing Parti Quebecois member Luc Ferland.
