Gerry Byrne - Muskrat Falls
An MP from Western Newfoundland is raising questions about what the province's Muskrat Falls legislation will mean for Corner Brook Pulp and Paper. Bill 61 is now before the House of Assembly. It outlines who may set rates for Muskrat Falls electricity and who may sell electricity in the province. Gerry Byrne says he believes that could affect Corner Brook Pulp and Paper. Byrne is the MP for Humber-St. Barbe-Baie Verte,and he spoke with Bernice.
