A Deal Is A Deal -- Jerry Byrne - Feds Amending the Rules for the Qalipu Band

A deal is a deal. The M-P for Humber-St. Barbe-Baie Verte says he's shocked to hear that Ottawa is talking about amending rules on enrolment in the new Qalipu Mi'kmaq band.
