Cell phone service horror stories

A few months ago, we talked to the group, "Open Media.ca" about its push for better cell phone contracts. At that time, Open Media.ca was calling for cell phone horror stories and we heard from quite a few people here about their problems. Now the group has put all those stories into a study called "Time for An Upgrade".
