Grand Riverkeeper speaks out against the Muskrat Falls loan guarantee

Grand Riverkeeper says the federal government had no right to issue a loan guarantee. Members of the environmental group along with Sierra Club and NunatuKavut were in federal court last week trying to delay the project. The groups are seeking a court order that would stop Ottawa from issuing permits and the all-important federal loan guarantee.
