Department of Natural Resources dumps caribou carcasses at Labrador Landfill

DNR employees dumped 20 to 30 caribou carcasses at a landfill, covered them with sand, and left. Innu Nation Grand Chief Prote Poker says the way the caribou were disposed of was disrespectful.
