WAM March 09-10 Roy Payne remembers Stompin' Connors

Newfoundland singer-songwriter Roy Payne met Stompin' Tom Connors at Toronto's Horseshoe Tavern more than 40 years ago. They played many of the same bars and clubs. They became friends. And they even tried writing a song together. We reached Roy Payne at his home in Mattawa, Ontario.
