Fogo ferry

While we've been having constant rain here in St. John's, it's sea ice and fog that's keeping Fogo Island isolated. The ferry has only been able to make a few trips since last Monday. Fog has grounded airplanes from landing. Gerard Foley is Mayor of Fogo Island.
