New rules for cell phone or internet contracts

Look around, and you'll see people using smart phones, tablets, and taking advantage of high-speed Internet. But those devices come with a cost. Many people have complained about those costs ... the fine print in contracts, and unexpected fees. But a new law recently came into effect to try to help consumers. The C-B-C's Rob Antle dug into the details, to find out how your rights may have changed. He's in our St. John's studio this morning.
