Impaired - in the RCMP parking lot

They may not catch them all, but the RCMP works hard to nab people who are drinking and driving. Sometimes it requires check stops, patroling drinking establishments, or pulling over erratic drivers. But that wasn't the case for one impaired driver in Happy Valley Goose Bay last week. He basically turned himself in. Peter Cowan speaks with Corporal Darren Young.
