Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Budget Breakdown

The town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay passed its latest budget . It's not nearly as big as last year's, but the finance committee says it's balanced...all 21 point 4 million of it. To break it all down, we are joined live by Stan Oliver. He's deputy mayor of Happy Vally-Goose Bay, and he presented the budget during the public council meeting.
