Reaction to Early Release of Contractors in Labrador West

The Iron ore company of Canada sent home over three hundred contractors working on IOC's expansion project this week. The company says the cost of the project has skyrocketed, now it wants contractors to find ways to reduce costs and to come back with a proposal. A sudden move that has a lot of people talking in town. Labrador Morning's Mike Power has reaction.
