Dave Phillips - Wacky Labrador Weather

So, what is up with the weather in Labrador? Many parts of the Big Land have been slammed with snow, slush, wind and RAIN over the last 24 hours with temperatures way above normal. It's the second January thaw we've had this year. To find out why this is happeneing we're joined by David Phillips of Environment Canada, He on the line with Tony Dawson.
