Frustrated Fisherman Feels Targetted by DFO

A fisherman in Twillingate says he's a target for DFO enforcement officers. John Gillett has faced several charges for fishing violations, but had the charges dropped each time. He says he's feeling frustrated and helpless. So, recently he decided to file a civil suit against the Attorney General of Canada for false arrest. To find out more about his story and what happened with his lawsuit, Leigh Anne Power called John Gillett at his home in Twillingate.
