Apartment Building Blood scene left uncleaned after investigation

Late last thursday a man was assaulted outside an apartment building in Labrador City. He took refuge inside the building, where a substantial amount of blood covered the stairs and walls. The blood was still there more than 8 hours later, and some residents are wondering why it wasn't cleaned up sooner. Mike Power has been looking into this. He's in our Labrador City Studio...
