An Expert in Addictions Treatment says there is a need for Treatment Centre in Central

The company hoping to start an addictions treatment center in Northern Arm is pushing ahead. People from the community came out in force earlier this week to voice their disapproval for the centre But one man who's worked for years with people with addictions says treatment is desperately needed in the province. Ron Fitzpatrick is Executive Director of Turnings in St. John's.
