Putting an end to Violence Against Women
Today, people across the country are remembering women who have been murdered by men. Twenty three years ago, Marc Lepine killed 14 women at Montreal's Ecole Polytechnique. He separated the men from the women during his rampage at the school. Selby Mesher attends the December 6th vigil each year in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. He remembers his sister Daphne who was killed by her husband 43 years ago at the local hospital. This morning, Selby Mesher joins us in our studio.
