Traffic enforcement in Nain

Nain has a suprising amount of traffic for a town of 1,200 people. But some of the traffic laws enforced in bigger towns simply do not apply there. That's going to change in the New Year. The Nain community government is looking to put some new traffic by-laws into effect. Labrador Morning's John Gaudi speaks with Nain's community constable Morall Blake.
